The Ferguson Fitness HYROX Training Club & Franklin County Parks & Rec are excited to bring you an awesome HYROX Race Simulation event!
Join us a fun, Halloween-themed HYROX Race Simulation at the Summit View Shelter in Rocky Mount! Participants will complete the distances for running and exercise zones of a full HYROX Fitness Race. Full HYROX Fitness Race details and HYROX Rules can be found at https://hyrox.com/the-fitness-race/
Individual, Doubles and Relay Team Heats Available!
*Individual & Doubles competitors run 1000m (.62 miles) every round. Doubles teams can split up the HYROX zones.
*Relay teams are teams of 4 and each person completes 2 running laps and 2 of the HYROX zones.
