Work on the course: This will require you to be able to walk or run into the woods on the trail to get to your position. Ensure runners stay the course and communicate any first aid needs.

Details

Work the water station on the course. This will require you to be able to walk or run into the woods on the trail to get to your position.

This includes:

Setting up station (materials and supplies will be waiting for you).
Filling water cups

Raking and picking up cups from ground

At end of race, tidying and preparing garbage and tables for pickup

You might get wet.
