Please select the times you are available to volunteer on the left, then the blue "Volunteer" button.
• SETUP (Dec 5, Noon - 3 pm): Setting up course equipment and organizing supplies, getting ready for the children to check-in with their bikes and to pick-up their race packets at 3:00pm
• PACKET PICKUP & BIKE CHECK-IN (Dec 5, 3 pm - 6 pm): Guiding parents to parking areas, helping children participants check-in, giving them the supplies they will need, answering questions to prepare them for the next day (Race Day), assigning them to a location within the Transition Area where they will store their bike (and other race supplies) overnight, and getting them set-up overall
• RACE DAY SUPPORT (Dec 6, 6:30 am - 10 am): Managing Registration Classroom, Body Markings, Parking, Finish Line, Water Stations, and Cheering & Directing Participants Along the Course (several volunteers will line the course with their bright orange volunteer t-shirts to direct the way for the children participants)
• BREAKING DOWN EQUIPMENT (Dec 6, 10 am - Noon): Volunteers will collapse and put away the fencing, signage, and marketing banners, and help make sure we leave the course venue as it was before our Race!
