Thank you for your interest in volunteering! While we have so many helping hands, it never hurts to add a few extra.

Check in is an early volunteer opportunity. We need help setting up the tables, table tops and checking in. This will be from 5:30AM - 7:45AM.

All veloteers receive and event shirt, refreshments and the feel good of helping! Veloteering is great for families and kids. Please note if under 16, must be accompanied by someone over 18 years of age. VeloFest Community Initiative is a 501c3 non profit and can sign off on hours for scholarships, work or others.

Location

Vilano Oceanfront Beach Park. We will have designated veloteer parking and email out parking passes for you.

Water Stops High Priority

Help pass out the coveted areas, bananas and other tasty treats! You may be asked to take items to the rest stops but tables will already be at the locations. Since this is an early morning event, tents may or may not be erected. This is weather permitting near the ocean.

Locations are:
GTM Parking Lot South 7:45AM-10:00AM (or until last rider comes by.)
Mickler Beach Access 8:00AM-10:00AM (or until last rider comes by.)
