Seeking volunteers to assist with on-site Registration and Check-in. This will include distribution of T-Shirts and other items.

Seeking volunteers to assist the participants on the course. This will include offering directions, encouraging the runners, and providing water/drinks/snacks.

Event Setup Medium Priority

At least 7 more volunteers needed.

Details

Requesting volunteers to assist with setup. This will include the Health Fair setup and other tasks. Moderate lifting may be required. Setup will begin at 6:00 AM on the day of the event.

Event Breakdown Medium Priority

At least 8 more volunteers needed.

Details

Requesting volunteers to assist with breakdown. This will include the Health Fair setup and other tasks. Moderate lifting may be required. Assisting with placing items in storage location may be needed. Breakdown will begin at 11:00 AM on the day of the event.
