At the morning kickoff of Nancy's Ride (beginning around 7:30am), you will help with setup of booth spaces/tables in the Tabernacle parking lot.

Distribute beverages and snack items to event participants.

Family Zone Volunteer High Priority

Details

We'll have a variety of "stations" with kid-friendly activities in the Tabernacle Parking Lot. Volunteers will assist with hands on activities at the stations.

Lunch Team Medium Priority

Details

Assist with setting up the lunch area, distributing lunch, and breaking down the area once complete.

Tear Down (Post Ride) High Priority

September 21, 2024

Details

At the conclusion of Nancy's Ride (beginning around 12:30pm), you will help with tear down of event booths/tables in the Tabernacle parking lot. Items will need to be delivered back to Freewheelin'.
