Course Marshal/Timing High Priority

Details

Course marshals are out on the trails, helping make sure riders stay safe and don't get lost. Some marshals will also supervise timing checkpoints.

This is a great opportunity to snag a shuttle and do a little riding if you want, but we've also got locations you can drive or hike to.

Shuttle Driver High Priority

You must be 25 or older to volunteer for this task.

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

Get up early and drive the shuttle rigs. You'll be in charge of helping riders get to the start of the race, and back to camp at the finish. Shuttle drivers should have a valid driver's license and be at least 25 years old.

Medical High Priority

Minimum met, 5 volunteer spots remaining.

Obviously we hope you don't have much to do, but we can't do this without you there. Medical volunteers will be responsible for providing basic care and assisting with evacuations if necessary. Medical volunteers should have medical training of Wilderness First Responder or above.

Course Sweep Medium Priority

Details

Best gig on the mountain?

Ride the course, stay in the back. The course sweep will be responsible for assisting riders with mechanical issues, making sure everyone makes it home safe, and picking up bits of trash (leave no trace!).

Course sweeps need to be physically fit, ready to spend all day on the bike, and have some mechanical know-how. Medical training is a bonus!

Registration/Camp Help Medium Priority

Minimum met, 2 volunteer spots remaining.

Details

Help riders get checked in, find a place to camp and know where the snacks are. This gig will mostly occupy your evenings, so you may have a chance to get out for a ride or a hike during the day!
