Course Set Up and Take Down High Priority

Details

Assist with race course set up starting at 5:30 am. We will need to set up the following areas:
1. Registration Table
2. Swag Bag Station
3. Race Course with mile markers and signage
4. Water State tables/coolers/cups/trash can at Mile 2

Location

Meet in the parking lot of the Eure Building at Ann Street UMC. (Big brick building diagonal across street from white church building). I will be there in a gold minivan which will be our "race vehicle". We will need to gather the following items from church:
1. Tables for: registration, water station, swag station
2. Sandwich boards for course signage and bungees
3. Ice for water coolers for water station and ice for big cooler at finish line
4. Trash cans (2)

Water Station High Priority

Details

Pre-fill and distribute water cups to participants as needed.

Mile 2 of race course (exact location will be added later)

Post Race Snack Table High Priority

Details

Once all events have started the Registration tables will be "changed" and become the post race snack area. You will help to set up the snack area and also be there to help with various things as needed.

Band Students High Priority

Details

Band students your help is needed!!!! Bring your instruments to the race and help get things started! You guys will "kick off" the race with the ECHS fight shone. It would also be cool to have music from you guys along the race course. And don't forget if you volunteer to help you get a FREE t-shirt. Your help will be used at various places on race day. WE NEED YOU!

Chick-Fil-A Food Pick Up High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Drive to the Chick Fil A in Morehead City and pick up the food they are donating. Bring it to the registration area which will be transformed into the post race food station.
