Details

You will assist pre-registered runners in picking up their race packets including race bibs and t-shirts. Volunteers are encouraged to dress in holiday attire!

This is a great job for seeing the race in progress!! You will keep runners on the course and traffic off the course. Monitors will be assigned to locations along the 5k and Half Marathon route. You will receive your assigned location closer to race day. Dress warmly! You will be outside all morning.

This is a great volunteer position to do with a friend! Please let us know if you would like to be stationed with someone that you know.

Cheer for our runners and help keep them hydrated! Our water stop volunteers will be responsible for handing water and gatorade to runners while they are on the course. They will also be responsible for cleaning up cups and trash at the end of the event. This is a great opportunity for a team or group to volunteer together!

This Water Stop serves our 5K at mile 1.8 and our Half Marathon at mile 1.6 and 11.9.

For all water stop volunteers, you will report directly to your water stop and park at the water stop. Do not come to the YMCA first.

For all water stop volunteers, you will report directly to your water stop and park at the water stop. Do not come to the YMCA first.

Calling all fans! We need you to cheer our runners across the Finish Line! This volunteer position includes handing out Finisher Ribbons to our Fun Run finishers and medals to our 5K and Half Marathon finishers. We ask that you are available for the full duration of our event. We want every runner celebrated as they cross this Finish Line!
