Confirm Century Ride Lunch Order with Lyme Country Store High Priority

Details

The Lyme Country Store will be providing wraps for the Century riders for $8.99 sandwich. They expect to be paid at the time of pick up which I told her would be between 10-11AM. We can pay via check or cc but the cc would have to be in hand.

We will need to determine who will call JJ the store owner (female) the Monday prior to the event with the approx number as well as the day before with the final number needed.
I initially told her prepare to make 3 different sandwiches one veggie, turkey and ham. If we want anything different or a GF option we will need to coordinate and communicate ahead of time.
