Set-Up crew members will assist in preparing the event space. They will take direction from the Set-Up leader and make sure everything is arranged correctly. This role involves setting up tables, chairs, stages, games, and equipment for the Walk for Willy’s World event. Additionally, they will keep the area clean and organized, ensuring it's ready when the event begins.

Basket Raffle Team Medium Priority

Do you have experience working a basket raffle? If so, we need you! Please volunteer to help set up the basket raffle display, sell tickets, manage the drawing process, and ensure the raffle runs smoothly.

Clean Up Crew Medium Priority

Details

The Clean-Up Crew is responsible for clearing trash and debris from Buhl Park after the Walk for Willy’s World event ends. Tasks include sweeping, emptying trash cans, breaking down tables and chairs, taking down decorations, and cleaning up after activities. This position requires physical work.
