SHIFT
2 hours before the first start to 1 hour after the start (3 hours)

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Setup: tents, tables, start/finish arch, course signs and finish area
• Check-in: help runners check in on the RaceDay CheckIn app (bibs are assigned on the spot)
• Start and finish: keep the chute clear, hand out finisher medals, collect timing tags
• Finish area: serve post-race food, water and giveaways
• Wrap-up: sweep the area, break down and load equipment

WHEN YOU ARRIVE
Check in with the Race Director at the timing tent

WHAT TO BRING
Closed-toe shoes, weather-appropriate layers and a water bottle. We run rain or shine.
