Registration - Fun Run/Walk

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

You’ll be the first friendly face participants see as they arrive. Your main tasks are to welcome runners, look up names on our check-in list, and help new participants fill out paper registration forms.

A supervisor will be right there with you to handle all payments and money, so you can focus entirely on greeting and assisting our guests. It’s a fast-paced, high-energy way to support the community!

Arrive 1 hour before the race to get instructions and placements.

5K Finish Line Attendant

Details

Celebrate our runners at the most exciting part of the race! As a Finish Line Attendant, you get to create a grand finale for every participant. You will be responsible for spraying vibrant color on finishers as they cross the line and personally handing out medals to celebrate their achievement. It is a high-energy role perfect for anyone who loves to cheer and make people smile.

Water Station - 5K

Make sure participants are able to get water during the race at our designated water stations!

5k/Youth Race Color Stations

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

As a Color Station volunteer, you will spray non-toxic color powder on participants as they pass through your designated checkpoint along the race route. You will also monitor your station to ensure runners stay on course and report to the Volunteer Coordinator for supplies and further instructions.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the 5k event (8am)

5k Temporary Tattoo Station

Details

As a Temporary Tattoo Station volunteer, you will help participants (mostly all kids) apply tattoos and manage the supplies at the designated table. Work with the Volunteer coordinator for further instructions and details.

Average shift ~8-10am

General Event Personnel

Parking Attendant

At least 8 more volunteers needed.

Details

As a Parking Attendant, you will guide cars into proper spots using signs and hand signals to ensure a smooth flow of traffic. Work with the Volunteer Coordinator for parking updates and further instructions.

Average shift from 6:30-9am

General Volunteer

At least 4 more volunteers needed.

Details

Specific duties will be assigned by the volunteer coordinator. You will be contacted prior to the event with your volunteer assignment and any special instructions.
