JOIN US ON SATURDAY JULY 13th
FOR THE 2024 TREMPEALEAU CATFISH DAYS 5K/10K RACE!
Enjoy a spectacular run by the river - the race takes runners on a magnificent, scenic route along the mighty Mississippi and into beautiful Perrot Park. On-site registration* and packet pick-up will be available the day of the race starting at 7:00 am.
Race open to all ages and abilities. Race is hand timed, complete results will be available online after the run.
*Preregistration is encouraged. Shirts and buttons guaranteed to preregistered participants only. A limited quantity of T-shirts MAY be available for an additional purchase on the day of the race but this is not guaranteed. On-Site Race Day registration $25 (shirt not included).
Early packet pick-up will be available Friday 5pm - 7pm at In The Making on Main, 11364 Main St, Trempealeau
Race Start/Finish address: Base of the hill at 11321 Main St in Trempealeau, WI
The 5K and 10K race will begin at 8:00 am. Awards: trophy mug for overall male and female finishers in 5k/10k and medals for the next 3 male and female finishers in their age category. Ceremony begins at approximately 10:30 am.
Age Categories: 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and up. :-)
(Any required masking, physical distancing and sanitizing guidelines will be followed and communicated to race participants)
THANK YOU! All proceeds of the race will support the Trempealeau Lions and the wonderful work they do in our community. In addition, this race raises funds for the Girls and Boys G-E-T Cross Country Teams in support of uniforms/equipment as well as fun, team building activities that take place during their season!

Race Day Information
Welcome and thank you for joining us! Below, you will find a few reminders to help you with the morning.
- Race Date/Start Time: Base of Main Street Trempealeau, Saturday July 8th. Both 5K and 10K start at 8:00 AM weather permitting.
- Same Day Registration will be held from 7 AM - 7:45 AM. Cost $25 (no shirt), includes Catfish Button. (Shirts MAY be available for additional purchase but not guaranteed)
- Packet Pick-up available Friday evening (get your button early!) 5 PM - 7 PM at In the Making on Main. 11364 Main Street Trempealeau.
OR Same Day at the base of Main Street before the start of the race. 7 AM - 7:45. - Course Information - reminder, this is an OPEN COURSE. This means that there is traffic on the roadways, racers must yield to traffic at all times. Except for passing, participants should remain on the LEFT SIDE of the road.
- Bathrooms: Porta-potties will be available.
- Water & Personal Water Bottles: Water in individual cups will be provided at the 5K and 10K turn-arounds. Water and a light snack will be available at the conclusion of the race. We ENCOURAGE YOU to bring your own water bottle to the event. Thank you for understanding.
