Dash and Splash- Stride & Stroll Race Series

Join us for a fun-filled evening with family and friends as we race the 2-mile Ben's Run loop.

Location: Spencer City Pool
 
Sign-Ups: 5:00 PM
Races: 5:30 PM
Pool Party: 6:00 - 8:00 PM
Entry Fee: $10 (kids ages 10 and under - $5 entry)

A fan favorite every year and for good reason.  Dash and Splash is a 2-mile walk/run event on Ben's Run Trails in Spencer, followed by a pool party.  Beat the heat while you get some great exercise as you follow the single-track trails through the woods.  Finish the race and then head straight for the pool for a swim.  Don't forget to stick around for the kids' diving competition at the pool after!

Please note- this beginner's trail includes pavement, gravel, and dirt.
