Description
Light up the night at the Firefly Dash 5K! ✨ Grab your glow sticks and neon gear for this glow-themed run/walk, the 4th race in the 2025 Stride & Stroll Race Series.

Participants get a race shirt + glow item at registration (while supplies last!) Don't wait- pre-registration closes on Monday, September 22nd, at 11:59 PM!
Race Course: Participants will start at Roane County Family Health Care, where they will proceed down Williams Drive and across the bridge to the bypass. They will then head to Washington Park, weave through the Market St./Church St. neighborhood, and finish back at Roane County Family Health Care.
