• Pre-Race Packet Pickup (Times vary from 10:15am - 5:00pm)
  
  

Opportunities on Thursday, November 26, 2026:

• Volunteer Check-In & Event Information - 6:00am - 10:30am
  
  
• Registration - 6:15am - 8:30am
  
  
• Merch Tent - 6:00am - 10:30am
  
  
• Course Monitors - 7:00am - 10:00am
  
  
• Race Water Station - 7:00am - 10:00am
  
  
• Post-Race Snacks and Water - 7:00am - 10:00am
  
  
• Trailers and Leads will be at the front and back of the race to ensure no man is left behind and will communicate with course monitors to ensure all runners are running (or walking).  - 7:00am - 10:00am
  
  
• Costume Contest Tent Judges - 6:30am - 10:00am

All volunteers will help with cleanup at the end of the race. As we all know, the more hands you have, the less time it takes!  Expect to be at the course until 10:30-11:00a.m., or until the truck is packed.
