This September, I’ll be participating in the 2026 Lobo Cancer Challenge 5K to support cancer care, research, education, and outreach right here in New Mexico.
Cancer has touched my life in many ways. I’m a melanoma survivor myself, and I’m also running in honor of my aunts Patti and Colette, both breast cancer survivors. I’m carrying in my heart the memory of my nephew, Alex, lost too soon to childhood cancer as well as the countless families who know the fear, grief, strength, and hope that come with this disease.
That’s why this event matters so much to me.
Every dollar raised supports patients and families through The University of New Mexico Comprehensive Cancer Center. Whether it helps fund life-saving research, compassionate patient care, or support services for families, every contribution truly makes a difference.
If you’d like to support my fundraiser, I would be incredibly grateful. Every donation, no matter the amount, helps move us one step closer to better treatments, better outcomes, and more moments with the people we love.
Thank you for helping me turn every step into hope. ❤️
