On August 9, I’ll be riding 44 miles in the Highs and Lows Tour, an event dedicated to raising awareness, reducing stigma, and increasing access to mental health services in New Hampshire. As a board member of this event, NH NAMI, and a community pastor in Newmarket, I see firsthand how deeply mental health impacts individuals and families and how hard it can be to ask for help.
That’s why I ride.
I’ve set a goal to raise $1000, and I’d be so grateful for your support towards this goal—every donation matters, regardless of size. As I'm pedaling away that day, I'll know you're with me in spirit, and it will mean a lot to me.
