Let’s #UniteAgainstCancer!
Cancer has had a presence in my life for as long as I can remember, so I am humbled by the opportunity to serve as an Ambassador for the 2025 Lobo Cancer Challenge. At family picnics growing up I would hear adults talk about how “The Big C” had taken this ancestor or that grandparent from us too soon. I have lost my dad, a law partner, dear friends and relatives to cancer, but also seen resilient recovery and remission!
YLAW, P.C. and I have been honored to continue to take part in raising funds, consciousness and hopefully a little hope thought the Lobo Cancer Challenge. I hope everyone can believe that with determination, science, innovation, and good will, we can keep cancer at bay and serve fighters and their families in filling additional time with precious memories and joy.
All of the funds raised by the Challengers support cancer patient care, research, community outreach, or education and training at The University of New Mexico Comprehensive Cancer Center in Albuquerque. Participants are called “Challengers” because in addition to completing our own personal Challenge, we challenge cancer together in our efforts on September 20, 2025. Cancer affects us all, so we are “all in” to fight cancer together.
