Refund and Return Policy

Tour de Lavender registration fees are nonrefundable. During the registration process, you will have the chance to buy refund insurance from BikeSignUp (not available to Canadians participants – rules of the insurance company not us or BikeSignUp), which will allow a full refund in certain circumstances including including accident, illness and family emergency. Tour de Lavender jerseys and T-shirts may be exchanged for a different size provided they are returned undamaged within seven days. No exchanges, refunds, or credits are available for any other Tour de Lavender merchandise.
