All participants must wear a helmet any time they are on a bicycle.

Each participant will receive a bib with timing chips attached in their race packet at packet pickup. This bib must be on the FRONT of the body.

Keep in mind that these courses are happening on trails – there is not a lot of extra room for passing or for parents to be close by. We do have designated spectator viewing areas, and will also have volunteers placed along the route to ensure their safety.

For parents of our 3 year old competitors, who will mostly be on asphalt and will only do the running portion on the trail, if your child needs you to run the race with them for moral support, you are welcome to do that!
