Race Day Schedule & Packet Pickup
Packet Pick-Up
Location: Sylvan Beach, 636 N. Bayshore Dr., La Porte, TX 77571
Date: Sunday, November 16
Time: 6:00 AM
Note: Race morning is hectic. Picking up your packet on race day is not guaranteed, so please arrive early. We strongly encourage you to utilize advance packet pick-up times.
Be prepared to provide the exact name you registered under. You may pick up another participant's packet with their permission and registration name.

- 5:30 AM: Parking Opens
- 6:00 AM: Race Day Packet Pickup
- 7:30 AM: Race Start (Strictly Enforced 4-Hour Limit)
- 8:45 AM: After Party Begins
- 10:00 AM: Awards Ceremony
Course, Parking, and Gear Drop
Course Overview
Start: Sylvan Beach, 636 N. Bayshore Dr., La Porte, TX 77571
Finish: Five Points Plaza, 100 S. Broadway, La Porte, TX 77571
Start at Sylvan Beach, traverse through Main St. and Five Points Town Plaza, then onto Highway 146 over the **Fred Hartman Bridge**. Turn around and head back for a scenic finish at Five Points Plaza. A detailed course description can be found HERE.
Parking
Parking is available at Sylvan Beach (start) and **overflow parking** is at the high school across the street. Parking near the finish line is limited. **Carpooling is highly encouraged.**
NOTE: Cars parked in the church lot across from Five Points Plaza will be towed.
Bag Drop
Bag drop will be available at the **start area**. Volunteers will tag your bag with your bib number and transport it securely to the **finish area** for pickup.
On-Course Support & Finish Line
Timing Chip & Bib
Your timing chip is attached to the back of your race bib. Secure your bib to the **front** of your shirt using the provided pins. Do not bend or fold your bib. **Replacement bibs on race day cost $10.**
Water Stations
Water and Lemon Lime Gatorade will be available at the start, finish, and **every 2 miles** along the course.
NOTE: There are NO water stations on the bridge.
Finish Line & Post-Race Party
After crossing the finish line, please keep moving to prevent congestion. Results will be posted onsite and on the official website. All finishers will receive a medal. Those completing the Texas Bridge Series will also receive their series award.
Celebrate your accomplishment with food, entertainment, and libations at the **After Party** starting at 8:45 AM!
