To participate in this track meet you will need to be part of a relay team of four people. During the registration process, you will have two options to do this:

Create a new relay team
Join an existing relay team

To create a new relay team, follow these instructions after signing the waivers:

Choose "Create a new relay team"
Give your team a name.
Set a password to share with your three teammates so they can join your team.
Pay the complete $22.20 entry fee for your team
Invite your other three team members to join your team.

Only the first member who registers will pay an entry fee, but all four members must register to ensure that the mandatory event waivers are signed by all participants.

To join an existing relay team, make sure your team captain has provided you with your team name and password. Then, follow these instructions after signing the waivers:

Choose "Join an existing relay team"
Search for the team name provided by your captain.
Enter the password provided by the captain.
You will be able to join for free.

Waiver

Participant acknowledges that as a guest at a Portland Public Schools (PPS) facility they are subject to PPS rules and regulations.
Participant acknowledges that alcohol, drugs, tobacco, gambling, and weapons are not permitted at any PPS facility and violating this rule is grounds for removal from the facility.

By checking this box, I agree to the waiver and that I am 18 or older, or that I have the authority to register these participants and agree to the waiver for them, and agree to the Privacy Policy.
