Tribute Sign — $25.00

Purchase a tribute sign to honor someone in your life. Tribute signs are $25 and proceeds support the HOPE Resource Center at the Payson Center for Cancer Care. Provide a brief description for your tribute sign and look for it on race day. Tribute signs will be visible on both the 1-mile route and the 5k run/walk route.  The deadline for the tribute signs May 1st, at midnight.

Tribute signs will be available for pick-up after the race at the Concord Hospital Trust office.

If you are honoring with multiple signs, please conduct separate purchases for each sign.
