Description: Distribute team packets to captains and individual packets to participants. Assist with any race-day questions and help with any other tasks needed.

Who Can Volunteer: RNR Committee, Staff and Volunteers.

Shifts: 9am - 1pm and 1pm - 6pm

Description: Volunteers help keep runners and walkers safe on the course.

Volunteers are posted at intersections, driveways and points where runners and cars need direction.

Who Can Volunteer: Volunteers must be 14 or older.

Youth aged 14–17 must be accompanied by an adult over 21 and have written permission from a parent or guardian.


Shift: 4:40 pm - 7 pm

Note: May work in tandem with police.

Description: Direct participants to the start line by walking the lawn with signs and guiding walkers and runners to line up.

Course Clean-up High Priority

Description: Walk the course, make sure the course is as clean as it was before the race, trash pick-up, etc.

General Lawn Volunteer High Priority

Description: Assist on the lawn by keeping the area clean and orderly, including trash pick-up. Help manage lines at the food tents and direct runners and walkers to food and other areas as needed. Support any additional tasks as directed by the volunteer coordinators.
