Training Plans

Through the registration process, you will be asked about your current fitness, schedule, and your goals.  Coach Kelly will take that information and design a personalized training plan just for you!  

Using Google Drive, each participant will have their own folder with their plan.  Coach Kelly will email you a link to your plan.  There will be a section for runner comments and coach feedback.  Training works best with good communication between athlete and coach!
