Group Speed / Stamina /Hill Workouts (optional)
- Wednesdays (Aug 13, 20, 27, Sept 3m 10, and 17)
- Seneca Park- Meeting in the lot in front of the zoo.
- This will be a coached workout pushing pace using short and long intervals and hill repeats.
- These workouts differ runner to runner as each person will have their own pace targets and workout goals
- Newer runners will be focusing more on form and stamina than speed
Weekends Workouts (optional)
- Group Meetups / Field Trips
- August 16, 30, September 13
- Coach Kelly will lead these workouts at different fun locations around the area.
- Other Weekend workout options
- You are encouraged to workout with Rochester Running Company's paced Saturday morning runs from their store (7:30AM)
- Run on your own or with a few friend
