Cancellation Policy
Please read our cancellation policy carefully. By registering for the Toledo Mini, you agree to the terms outlined below.
General Policy:
- All registrations are non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to, injury, illness, travel complications, or schedule conflicts. This policy helps us manage event costs and logistics effectively, as many expenses are incurred well in advance of race day.
- No Transfers or Deferrals: Registrations are non-transferable to another participant and cannot be deferred to a future Toledo Mini event or any other Run Toledo event.
- Race Changes/Cancellation: While highly unlikely, Run Toledo reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Toledo Mini due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other emergencies that may compromise the safety of participants and volunteers.
- In the event of a race modification or postponement, participants will be notified via email and through our official social media channels.
- If the event is canceled outright, Run Toledo will assess the situation and communicate any potential partial refunds or alternative arrangements (e.g., virtual race options) to registered participants. However, a full refund is not guaranteed in the event of cancellation, as significant operational costs will have already been incurred.
