You MUST claim your ride number BEFORE THE START TIME OF YOUR RIDE.
Pick up your ride number 1 hour prior to the wave start time of your distance (see wave start times below).
RIDE START TIMES– Faster riders should try to get to the first wave of their distance.
– 50 mile ride waves start at 8:00am
– 35 mile ride waves start at 9:00am
– 15 mile ride at 9:30am
Riders are expected to maintain a 12mph pace including SAG station stops. Please plan accordingly.
Packet Pickup for Friends and Family: Each Rider must pick up for themselves with their ID. All riders can pick up on the day of the event prior to the start.
Wristband: you will receive a colored wristband when you check in. The wristband will get you into the aid stations on the course for which you have registered.
Bike Number: please attach your bike number (with twist ties) to the handle bars or frame of your bike. The telephone number for dispatch is printed on the bike card.
Route/Cue Sheet: courses are marked with signs at all turns and major intersections. Download the route to your GPS or print a copy of the route sheet for your route and bring it with you on the ride.
SAG Stops: SAG stops are stocked with a variety of snacks, water, and electrolite drink. If you have special dietary needs please be sure to bring you own snacks if necessary.
Station 1- For 35 and 50 Milers
Location: Santiago Canyon Road
Hours of operation 8:30AM-10:00AM
This location closes at 10:30 AM
Station 2- For 50 Mile only
Location: Santa Margarita PKWY and Melinda Road
Hours of operation 9:00AM-10:15AM
This location closes at 10:45 AM
Station 3-For 35 and 50 milers
Location: Bake PKWY and Portola PKWY
Hours of operation 10:00AM-11:15AM
This location closes at 11:45 AM
Pre-purchased Clothing: pick up your order at the Merchandise Booth Saturday from 6:00am-12:00pm.
Jerseys, Socks and Hats will be available for purchase on Saturday at the Expo.
Finisher’s Award: all riders will receive a Finishers Medal and a Lunch voucher.
Please bring additional money for food, and for the Beer Garden
Finish Party and Expo: join us! Everyone is invited; this event is open to the public.
Bike Valet Parking: – Free & safe bike parking just past the finish line. Leave your bike, take a tag, and enjoy the expo!
DO NOT LEAVE EASILY-REMOVABLE ELECTRONICS (GPS, ETC.) ON BIKE HANDLEBARS
Beer Garden: Riders 21 years and older, with a valid photo ID, will be admitted to the Beer Garden. All riders 21+ will recieve a complimentary beer in the beer garden. YOU MUST BRING A VALID ID. Additional beers available for purchase for $7.00. The Beer Garden benefits PCRF.

Closing Time: The course and Expo are closed at 12:00pm
Support: there are on-course mechanical & SAG aid as well as SAG/aid stations.

For mechanical breakdowns, if race vehicle has not stopped for you, call the event dispatcher (909) 964-8728.
This is an answering service and we will attend to your needs as quickly as possible.
Back-up Plan: please arrange with family/friends to be picked up if you can’t finish the ride. The ride shuttle is slow and can take a while before it reaches any given SAG stop.
