FRIDAY Merchandise/Jersey/Rider Gift

Assist the merchandise team with helping on pre-sold merchandise; jerseys; and handing out rider gifts after the riders have checked in.

SATURDAY Expo Assistant

Details

Assist in helping all sponsors be prepared for the expo to open, and to assist them during the day with supplies, tables and load in.

SATURDAY Morning Check In High Priority

Check in riders Saturday morning prior to the ride

Post Ride medals and meals High Priority

Details

Hand out finisher medals and meal coupons post-ride as the riders return.

Bike Valet High Priority

Assist riders who are returning with checking in their bikes to valet and then verifying the identity of the rider and bike when they leave
