Details

Arrive early (Saturday evening and pre-dawn Sunday for race day). Install signage, course markings/arrows, start/finish arches, barriers, timing equipment, aid station supplies, and any sponsor/promotional setups. Mark novice diversion routes and Far East advanced section clearly. Set up parking zones, registration tent, and any spectator areas. Coordinate with park staff for trail prep such as clearing minor debris. (Seeking six volunteers).

Details

Post-race, for the tear down phase. Remove all signage, barriers, arches, timing gear, and aid station items. Collect and dispose of trash, recyclables, and any rider-dropped items along course and venue. Restore trails/park areas (e.g. remove tape/flags/signs, ensure no environmental impact to the park). Assist with final sweep of course, Race Village, Recovery Zones and parking areas. (Seeking six volunteers)
