Set Up for Event at 0500; Set up Refreshment Area with food/drink. Pour water cups. Set Out Medallions
at 0715 or so, prepare to support Children's Run and Mother's Day 100 Run by passing out medallions and snacks to finishers.

Event Support/Event Tear Down High Priority

0700-1030 Support Event by issuing medals at finish line, support event by keeping Finish LIne Refreshment Area in good order, filling water cups, picking up litter, etc.

Water Station/Event Teardown High Priority

Details

Need Volunteers to pass out water on course. Water Station will be located near 1.5 mile mark on Course Route. At completion of Water Station assignment, tear down station, and return to Start/Finish area to help with Event Tear Down

Course Marshal High Priority

You must be 17 or older to volunteer for this task.

Details

A Course Marshal is someone assigned to a light intersection not staffed by GCPD on Event Day. The Course Marshal assists motorists who come upon the intersection and who may be unsure what to do in terms of trying to get to their desired destinations. Field Marshals help them by explaining
