Run or walk a USATF-certified course (CT18028JHP) along the scenic Housatonic River. This flat, fast out-and-back route is perfect for competitive runners and casual walkers alike.

Calling All Young Superheroes! 🦸‍♂️🦸‍♀️
Kids ages 10 and under are invited to dress up as their favorite superhero and take part in our Kids' Superhero Sprint — a high-energy, fun run that’s sure to bring smiles and excitement!

This short sprint loops around part of the park and finishes down the official 5K finish line, so your little hero gets the real race-day experience!

🎁 Treat bags for first 50 entrants
🏆 Prizes awarded in several fun categories (best costume, most spirited, etc.)
