Run or walk a USATF-certified course (CT18028JHP) along the scenic Housatonic River. This flat, fast out-and-back route is perfect for competitive runners and casual walkers alike.

📍 Check in and bib pickup at Ostomy Foundation Booth
🦸♂️ KIDS' SUPERHERO SPRINT – 4:00 PM
Cost: $5/child (Ages 10 & under)
Little heroes will dash around a short, safe course starting at the Young’s Field playground and ending at the official 5K finish line!
🎖 Every participant gets a medal, treat bag & chance at fun prizes!
👶 Check in by 3:45 PM at the Ostomy Foundation Booth
🛑 Online-only registration closes at 3:30 PM
