Story

We raise funds to support breakthroughs in cancer research at Penn Medicine's Abramson Cancer Center (ACC). Founded in 2013, the Breakthrough Challenge unites patients, researchers, their families, and friends for a scenic and inspiring bike ride through Eastern PA's beautiful Oley Valley. To date, the Breakthrough Challenge has donated $2,825,000 to the ACC, funding 63 research projects. 100% of all participant-raised dollars are donated directly to cancer research.

Donations made by made online via credit card or Apple Pay.  Donations may also be mailed per the instructions below. Gifts of securities are also accepted.

Many employers offer matching donations for qualified not-for-profits. Please check with your employer for additional information on matching your donation.
