Bib Pickup Details
- We are planning our main bib pick up on the 23rd and are working on some smaller pick ups that coincide with BRA decorating parties with local groups. Possible schedule for that day - subject to change
- If you are a survivor or thriver, please make sure you get one of the special bibs by making sure the person who helps you get your bib knows you are a survivor or a thriver.
- If you are unable to join us Saturday to pick up your bib, you can get your bib and shirt on race day, August 24th, at 7am, in the festival area, about 400 yards from the start line. But get there early, parking takes time at this location and lines can get long.
Weekend Bib Pickup Schedule
Packet Pickup Saturday, August 23:
Location: The Point in El Segundo
2:00pm: Packet Pick Up Opens
4:00pm: Packet Pick Up Closes
Race Day, Sunday August 24th:
Location: Festival Area, 400 yards from the race starting line
7:00am: Packet Pick Up Opens
Someone Else Picking Up Your Bib
If you are having someone else pick up your bib, shirt and bag, they will need two things:
1. A printed copy of your ID
2. A printed signed copy of the waiver. You can download and print the waiver from this link or click on the PDF link below.
No bibs will be given out without these two things. The lawyers and our insurance company require us to be strict on this, sorry for the inconvenience.
